Imaan International Inc provides complete IT asset disposition: secure pickup, serialised tracking, functional testing, grading, refurbishment, resale and certified recycling. Our processes protect data, satisfy the reporting requirements of regulated industries, and keep recoverable material in circulation.
Every asset entering our facility is assigned a tracking identifier before it is opened, tested or moved. That identifier follows it through to final disposition and appears on the report you receive.
The ITAD process

Secure pickup and chain-of-custody
Scheduled collection using sealed containers and documented custody transfers from your loading dock through to our intake floor.
- 02
Serialised inventory and tracking
Every device receives a unique tracking ID. You receive a serialised list showing device type, serial number, grade and final disposition.
- 03
Testing and grading
Functional testing, cosmetic grading and component evaluation determine whether a device is a candidate for reuse, resale, donation or recycling.
- 04
Data destruction
All data-bearing devices are sanitised or physically destroyed before any reuse or recycling decision is acted upon. Nothing is resold with data on it.
- 05
Refurbishment and resale
Eligible devices are repaired, refurbished and prepared for resale or redeployment — extending useful life and offsetting the cost of the project.
- 06
Certified recycling and material recovery
Devices with no remaining life are dismantled and separated. Metals, plastics, glass and boards move through certified downstream processors.
- 07
Reporting and certificates
You receive the serialised inventory report, certificates of destruction, recycling certificates and the full chain-of-custody record.
