When the media cannot leave
Some environments cannot accept any window in which data-bearing media is outside their physical control — classified programmes, certain healthcare systems, and organisations whose internal policy requires witnessed destruction.
For those cases we bring the destruction to you. Devices are destroyed at your facility, in front of your staff, and only the destroyed material leaves the site.
- Destruction witnessed by your own personnel
- Media never leaves your physical control intact
- Serialised recording performed on site as devices are processed
- Certificates issued against the same serial list you verified

How an on-site engagement runs
- 01
Scope and site survey
We confirm volumes, media types, access constraints, power availability and any escort or clearance requirements before scheduling.
- 02
Scheduled attendance
Our team attends with the destruction equipment and the recording process, at a time that fits your operational window.
- 03
Witnessed processing
Devices are recorded by serial number and destroyed in sequence, with your nominated staff present throughout.
- 04
Residual material removal
Destroyed material is packaged and removed for certified recycling. Nothing recoverable and nothing readable remains.
- 05
Documentation issued
Certificates of destruction and the serialised record are issued against the same list your team signed on the day.
Typically requested by
Government agencies
Where policy requires destruction under continuous agency control.
Healthcare systems
Where PHI-bearing equipment is not permitted to leave the campus.
Financial institutions
Where internal audit requires witnessed destruction of storage media.
Data centres
Where drive removal happens during a live decommission and cannot be staged off-site.
Practical considerations
On-site destruction costs more per device than facility processing and is slower for high volumes. For most organisations, sealed transport with facility destruction meets the same compliance standard at lower cost.
We will say so during scoping. Where your policy genuinely requires on-site work, we will run it properly; where it does not, we will tell you that too.
Discuss an on-site destruction requirement
Tell us the site, the volumes and the policy driving the requirement. We will confirm feasibility and scheduling.
