Sustainability that survives an audit
Imaan International Inc operates under a zero-landfill policy. Every device we process moves through ISO 14001-certified environmental management processes designed to keep e-waste out of landfill and recover materials responsibly.
We would rather describe the process accurately than publish an impressive number we cannot evidence. Where figures appear on this page, they will be ones we can substantiate on request.

Our impact
- Zeromaterial sent to landfill
- 2007operating since
- R2v3certified process
- ISO 14001environmental management
Verified recovery tonnage and landfill diversion figures are provided on request and are being prepared for publication here.
Our sustainability principles
Reuse first, recycle second
The largest environmental cost in a laptop is not its disposal, it is its manufacture. Extending the life of a working device avoids that cost entirely.
Where a device passes functional testing and can be securely sanitised, it is tested, graded and refurbished for resale or redeployment. Recycling is what happens when reuse is genuinely no longer viable.
Looking ahead
As Imaan International continues to grow, we are exploring ways to extend our environmental work into local communities and schools. Those programmes are not running yet, and we would rather say so than list them as if they were.
If you would like to discuss a partnership, get in touch and we will talk about what is realistic.
Recycle responsibly, and be able to prove it
Our reporting is built for organisations that have to evidence their environmental claims, not just make them.
